1. About RateBricks

RateBricks is a community service for discovering, rating, reviewing, and organising brick sets. By creating an account or using an account-only feature, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and use only one account for yourself. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, evade moderation, or violate these terms.

3. Community content

You keep ownership of the ratings, reviews, photos, notes, and other material you submit. You grant RateBricks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and format that content as part of the service. This licence ends for content that you delete, except where retention is reasonably necessary for backups, legal obligations, or moderation records.

Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, hateful, threatening, defamatory, infringing, private, or malicious content. Do not post advertising, spam, malware, or content that impersonates another person or organisation.

4. Reviews and moderation

Reviews may be checked before publication and can be edited, rejected, hidden, or removed when they breach these terms. You can report a review using the report control shown next to it. Moderation decisions may be recorded so that repeated abuse can be handled consistently.

5. Catalogue data and purchase links

Catalogue information, prices, availability, and purchase links may be incomplete or out of date. RateBricks does not sell the listed products and is not responsible for a retailer's products, delivery, returns, or terms. Some links are affiliate links and may earn RateBricks a commission at no extra cost to you.

6. Availability and liability

RateBricks is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We aim to keep the service useful and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete catalogue data, or that user content is accurate. To the extent permitted by law, RateBricks is not liable for indirect loss, loss of data, or transactions with third-party retailers.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version is always available at this URL, with the date shown above. You may stop using RateBricks at any time and delete your account from Settings.
